  • Oh I saw the summary, I see what happened, I played like a dumb idiot and forgot the dd blocker I planned in sz48… whew what  a stupid way of loosing a good game.  :-(

    In fact from my mobile I was like “they’re attacking me only with air and 2 ss? :O”

    You don’t have to be kind, but you can decide to be. Anyway it’s my fault for not double checking Japan’s moves.

    Noll, no worries bud, I understand that mistakes do happen.

    I want to make a proposal on this turn, let me know if you think that this is fair:  I am going to assume that you put the DD at New Guinea…  On the US turn, rather than me clearing the SZ of the destroyer and having to do combat, I am just going to edit 1 DD out of your Caroline fleet and assume that I destroy it.  That way, you still get to block Caroline, but it will save me from having to actually initiate combat to clear the sea zone (and risk loosing a plane).  Sound fair?

    Let me know if this is good for you, and I will go ahead and run the US turn.


  • You’re the one deciding. I’m grateful that you let me correct this mistake, so if it is, do it by your term. I’m ok with the dd being destroyed with no battle.
