    I didn’t place 1 of my transports, so I should end with 59 IPC’s, but it is showing only 52. Will I get the transport automatically bought at the beginning of my next turn? Or do I have to edit the program and adjust back in 7 IPC’s worth of units? I have not encountered that with this program before. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    The rule says you get cash back only for units that cannot be placed due to number limitations.
