A&AP question

When yuou set up the game, how do u know which troops to make brown (which is china’s color). The setup does not specify where the chinese troops go, do they just mix in w/ the american troops?

There’s a small empty hollow in the middle of the plastic tray that says Pacific, that were I usually store the Chinese. The Chinese board setup is on the American reference card.
