Example: AA-gun fire 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 -> 2, 3, 4 is on T.BMB, 5, 6 is on S.BMB (assuming all survive possible intercept).
tripleA does not handle the aa fire separately for the AB/NB and the IC as it should. it allows you to choose tactical bombers when one of the last two dice (which you are saying are for the strat bombers) are 1’s. so, you are saying you will choose strat bomber if either of the last two rolls are bombers, which will work.
If either of the last two rolls are ones is what i meant to say with that last sentence.

I want to change r3 by adding Dow and take Korea with 1 inf . will send updated map very shortly.
still unsure how to play this as my partner and I cannot yet agree on how the soviet mongolian defense pact works. please disregard the move i made until we get it cleared up. but the move will very likely remain the same, the only difference might be the taking of korea by 1 russian inf - so you can continue to plan but don’t move until I give you the go-ahead.

ok, i confirmed that we are using alpha 3 rules for this game and not
2nd edition rules. the second edition rules change the agreements
between the Soviet Union, Japan, and Mongolia. in alpha 3 rules, korea
can be attacked by the russians. if japan then attacks any russian territory
that borders mongolia, the mongolians and their territories are converted to russian infantry
and russian owned territories. 2nd edition changes this to say that if the russians attack korea, and then japan
attacks a russian territory bordering mongolia, the mongolians remain strict neutrals. also, the 2nd edition rules remove
1 UK inf from the UK forces in egy on setup. i think those are the only two changes.

no longer need to worry about such things!

Bjermose, if you already had a plan for J3 and now have to change it due to this modification, feel free to go with the initial map i posted. i don’t care either way. i just wanted to make sure i fully understood the rules before continuing and i think there is little to no difference whether russia takes korea or not - up to you.
