I think you should have stated “wanted to” change Anzac buy.
I know in the 41 league a change like this wouldn’t be allowed. I haven’t looked at the map or anything and because I am new to this league and just playing for fun I am not going to ask you to change it back.

Hmm, I always just play that if a player just makes non-combat moves, like Anzac did, you can change everything. No dice throws to solidify moves. AA50 league rules say no way?
