Honestly, I’m still feeling really burned out and seeing as how the next active guy on the list gave me a third of my losses (while also being extremely generous and kind) it would only be right to let Wheatbeer have the final spot. Kick some ass Wheat!

Odds are that Boldfresh might not play in the secondary playoffs if cow isn’t playing. Not sure if this still is the case, but he might back out.

To make sure we’re still on the same page -
Jennifer, you are setting up the main league playoff of the top 8 (and managing, and moderating).  I will be setting up the secondary playoff(s) (and managing, and moderating).

Before you set up the main playoff (and before I can set up secondary, as a residual result), we need to determine whether Zhukov44 is in.  He hasn’t played a league game for over 6 months, but he WAS last active on October 12, 2013.

I suppose you could set up the bracket including Zhukov with Wheatbeer being ready to step in if he doesn’t show in the next couple of days.  Since you are pairing them up randomly anyway.

I will wait about 2 days to start the secondaries because we have several who haven’t responded yet, and whether Zhukov returns affects my secondaries because of Wheatbeer.

No seeding, I just read? Jennifer, its totally random? Have to say I would try to avoid having eg Gamerman against AWN in quarters. If not 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7 etc. I would at least group the first and second four for the quarters, and then random.

I am sure decisions have been made already, so under no illusions. The best player will end on top one way or the other, but its more suspense if the best meet later.

I think no seeding is ok. We are in the situation that 2 players are outstanding and maybe only hobo is close to them but the ranking system itself to determine the positions is also not perfect.
So in my opinion raffling is a bit more fun, does not allow tactical games before the play-offs start in terms of shifting positions (maybe no. 7 does not want gamerman and AWN instead^^), it creates a bit more variance but keeps the chance high enough that the best should win :)

I am definitly fine with it, no worries. The best one will remain in the end, I just like seeding, personally.
