That message was for Bold only, because only he knows what I’m talking about.  But it sounds like you want to know.  No, the signature move is not an obvious move with lucky results.  The signature move is a suicide amphibious assault against TrJ british forces that is designed only to weaken the Allies but ends up getting supremely lucky and annihilating the whole stack.  It happens way “too” often for me, and the first notable time was a couple of years ago against Bold, so I knew he’d appreciate seeing it yet again happen to somebody else.

I don’t appreciate your snarky sarcasm (well done.)  Why don’t we just keep playing this game sans comments so we can avoid misunderstandings or other unpleasantries?

Beside your risky and failed decision to go sealion the dice have been quite kind to you……again.

Have I had good luck this game?  I’ve had such terrible luck in most of my other games the past few weeks…  And yes, trading my whole airforce for one bomber on Sealion was a complete disaster

that was your decision my friend. You didn’t have to attempt that.

Absolutely right, I didn’t have to (except that I did, because a 50% chance of having over 100 IPC’s on G2 is more important to me than winning or losing a single game, and even if it failed there was a high chance of eliminating most of your aircraft, which as we all know did not happen).  I would be restless for a long time if I did NOT attempt that. 
I’m not blaming anyone for that decision, and I don’t know why you think I am.  I was merely stating the indisputable fact that the dice at Sealion was devastating.  Could have been devastating for you (game over), could have been fairly neutral, or could have been devastating for me.  I understood the risk involved, and… why am I even answering your criticism?  I have had so much success ever since I started playing on this site…
My whole reason for playing is to have fun.

I laugh at the angst and consternation this game can create in people. I laugh AT others players as well as myself. It is somewhat humorous.

Trying to remember why I left that sub there…  seems a natural spot for you to leave a destroyer blocker…  maybe it’ll come to me when I do Japan - maybe it was a mistake - probably was because I have no subs to hit back… hm.

Perhaps it is the fact that I somewhat enjoy seeing the chaos this game can create in people? Perhaps in some way that is a bit twisted but better that I enjoy watching the chaos here than enjoying watching it occur in real life.

when your opponent is under duress, or on the chance it is that time of the month for your opponent, in order to keep the vitriol and estrogen at a minimum, a wise man would ensure that potentially “flaming” statements, meant solely for an individual who isn’t your immediate opponent, would ensure, that a comment meant for a specific individual, is read only by said person.

some individuals, who perhaps don’t know you as well as I, could take those comments, meant for another, in OUR game thread, as gloating, boasting, rubbing it in, being smarky…etc…

nothing good can come of that.
