Hey there,
I am, not surprisingly, confused. I read in the rules that the US can’t go to war against the axis until the beginning of PU collect phase of turn 3. However, TripleA asks if I want to declare war during the politics phase and then it lets me do combat against Japan. Is this a glitch in TripleA or am I confused on some other front?

Favor: I had meant to take out a transport with the fighter in Phillipines and completely spaced it in that previous saved game. Would you mind if I go ahead and do that?
