You know, I seriously thought about retreating after the first round, but the Germans don’t have air to spare and I really wanted the ground units to march east to East Poland. And even “knowing” that I would almost certainly take a hit, it’s still always a good idea to trade Italians for Russians :-P

You can take the inf, art & arm off the map for the UK in GBR. That would leave me with 2 fgt & bmb.
I guess I should have dropped a few more units into GBR? I guess it’s time for the absolute dicing the allies have taken in the Atlantic to turn around? I EXPECT to hit 3 with my defenders. that would leave you with a bmb & arm vs 2 fgt & bmb…

With nearly 50/50 odds and 60 IPC’s which is the most UK could ever have after round 2, practically, I kind of had to try it. Germany would have way over 100 IPC’s if successful on G2, so I had to try that.
