    I need to clarify a rule with you before I move Italy;

    You (Allies) took Spain which is a Neutral Territory.  The Alpha +3 rules don’t seem to address neutrals other than Mongolia.  The last rules I’ve played that discuss  Neutral Territories say that all remaining true neutrals (not Pro-Axis or Pro-Allies) are now all pro-Axis (exception being Mongolia as identified in Alpha +3).

    Is this how you understand the current Neutral territory rules?  Or was there an update from OOB that changed this that I don’t know about?  If there was an update, can you lead me to it so I can get educated?

    Your guess is as good as mine Vold, this is the third time I’ve played this version ( Currently in another game at the moment ) and have been in the past able to attack neutral zones I think when you declare war on them.

    I can’t find anything to the contrary, so my guess is that the rule still stands.

    But you probably didn’t realize it when you took Spain.  I don’t see a need to capitalize on it in this instance, so let’s negate it for this game.
