It’s pretty easy. At the top of the tripleA screen, click “Game” and the “enable Edit mode”. You will see some stuff over on the right and if you click a territory while in Edit mode you can add or remove units and change ownership of the territory. Don’t forget to change “PUs” (IPCs).
You should only use Edit mode at the end of your turn or sometimes it causes problems. After you have done your Edits, turn off Edit mode by unchecking “enable Edit mode” and the post your turn.
I moved your guys into Sudan and put your income up 1. If that’s not what you wanted, you can edit after germany’s turn.
