    EB, please do not misunderstand me.  I think it would be a big penalty for you not to be able to build the 7 infantry, and I am not saying you should not build them.  I am just saying that what you type in your build will need to be kept with in the future turns because it is not clear what you are spending the extra IPC on, or if you are saving it.  But please, build the extra 2 infantry in GER.  I only said “let” because it is up to the other person if they will allow a build that was not typed, and I am willing to allow it.
