I am going to let you mobilize your buy, but please from now on the buy must stand as you write it.

It is not a problem this time, but in the future, if you do not spend all your money, you could build something else later. In this case there would have been 6 IPC not spent on the buy, so you could have added a submarine, artillillery + 2 saved, 2 infantry, or a tank + 1 saved, or saved 6 IPC.
