Regardless of which side you are on, you do have to play different with a team mate in global, and try to match him.
I kind of figured sea lion was coming after J1, which is why I brought the naval off of gibraltar. Not a whole lot I can do about it, without giving up on africa/middle east. Italy lost that battle, but he did his job, uk only had a fighter walk out to go back to defend london.
Being down two fighters that did not do jack crap in sz 110 and 111 was huge, germany lose 2 subs and a fighter to nothing in other battles, but the results of 110 and 111 made up for it moreso. Considering a typical G1 opener can result in a fighter lost at 111, and a bship sub for 110. He came out on top in a big way. Some games I do no scramble and germany has all his air and 3 subs and a bship left, and uk’s dd and transport that grabs the armor and inf is gone as well.
I usually follow my uk rule, which is never scramble on g1, but I saw the italy fighter would typically get 1-2 german fighters down. The other scramble was a gamble for I think 30% chance. Meh it is what it is. Considering I didn’t hit jack crap with those fighters lol.
The history has been edited so the game could be played on a new version. I will take a look back to see if I did something wrong on UK1. Maybe passing on ethiopia was better, so I could get more air in range of london. Then he would go barb and have strong italian african play, which would be bad. Considering any good allies strategy requires africa/medit to be handled.
