Convoy disruption is done during the Collect Income phase, if it applies. I’ll roll for it. Are you sure you don’t want to change your Italian builds or non-combat movement? Your Trans in SZ95 will just die during the French turn. I’d recommend maybe building a FTR… Your choice. Let me know.
