prefer sending files back and forth. started thread if you want to do germany. really liberal with edits-moving pieces forgotten etc. like the idea of making decisions for your opponent such as scramble, submerge, intercept, casualties etc. to move game along. I hate sitting down to play and after a few minutes have to wait for scramble decision. you can just play in local mode if you like. Negative 6? What do you mean? You’ll remove 6 IPC from Axis starting IPCs?

In league style, negative bids mean the Allies get to place extra units.
So if I won with that bid, you would take the Allies and get 6 IPC to do almost whatever you want with.

That’s the system I’m used to. What’s the standard rule for placement of bid units on the board? Anywhere, anywhere there’s already units or on ICs (and adjacent SZ) only?

The only restriction is that they must be placed somewhere where that power already has units.
Some people require full placement (no leftover IPC) … I am fine with leftover IPC being added to starting income of any power though.
