1. how do you repair damaged ships? i didn’t see that it ever gave me the option to do so even though i started at a seabase and ended at a seabase.
2. when do you take pro-allied territories - is in in noncombat? if so, could you please move the west india inf to eastern persia for me?

1. Damaged ships adjacent to naval bases repair automatically at the start of your turn. At the start of UK1, your damaged battleship was not adjacent to a naval base. Scotland only has an airbase.
