this is just a friendly recommendation, but as this is a team game why not lean on your team mates. if you are struggling to find time to do your turn, why not ask your teammates to take your turn for you?
or just have the first team member to come and download the opposing teams turn play their teams turn no matter who originally was dedicated to a certain power. so whoever can do a turn first, does. this should speed things up.
