You can try eBay. Some people buy whole games and sell the pieces off separately. That can be a good source for little bits, when you don’t want or need the whole game again.

KV-1 is one of the better rares in the game… while the Cromwell IV is an o.k. rare (i would value it about $5-6) while I would say the KV-1 is more in $10+
If u were the owner of the KV-1 i wouldnt mke the trade
