Unless I am mistaken you cannot pick up land armor or mech units that moved i.e. the arm and mech in UK.  They started in France, right?

ok, I have looked it up in the Pacific '40 rulebook and you seem to be right, it’s not in the normal rules, it’s only mentioned in the different unit descriptions under the transports. Sorry I didn’t know about this rule.

This changes some things if that’s ok?
First of all, landing in Scotland is being undone. Germany collects -2 ipc
Germany buys 8 TT (56) + 4 INF (12) = 68 save 0 ipc
All INF+ART moves from Pol to Ger
All TT’s are in z113
CV and CA are in z110
4 INF is built in Wgr
