ok re: scramble. It’s going to get bloody.
About map, so you are saying you don’t use the map I post and just update yours with your moves?
Doesn’t matter to me. But be sure to post your map after your moves. I am lazy on that and rely on the other player to make their moves. I will post my map at end of my turns too just in case anyone wants to look at it.
I wasn’t clear enough.
Yes I want you to post your map as you always do. I will use it every time to compare to mine.
I will always post my map after moves. You will find that I’m highly accurate - I make very few mistakes and catch several of people I play - often to their benefit. -
Lose battleship (both hits) and both cruisers and the french plane
Keep 2 brit fighters -

You should have specified when you retreated from 110, where you were retreating to.
The 2 subs could have gone to 112 or 104I’ll see from your map, just saying for future reference that you should have declared that before rolling any more dice…
It doesn’t bother me in this case - just wanted to say something so you’re alert for that in the future. -
Oh, I see from your map you thought you could submerge them.
You can’t.
Since you retreated, the subs have to move “back” to 112 (a possibility because the battleship came from there) or 104. It is actually to your advantage that you retreat to 112 because I then can’t sink your subs because of the airbase cover.See? An error in your favor already :-)
-
I guess it’s not that I “can’t”… It could be 2 fighter, bomber, destroyer vs 2 sub and 3 fighter… hmmmm
In case you’re confused -
Subs can submerge when at the beginning of a round of combat, or instead of rolling dice.
You attacked with them for 1 round, and then retreated before round 2. You can’t retreat the planes and submerge the subs at the same time - to submerge the subs you would have had to go another round with the air vs. air battle. -
Your tac in 110 can’t reach West Germany in noncombat because it moved 3 spaces and only has 1 left.
It must land in Holland. -
Double checked it - it came from Germany, which is 3 spaces to 110.
-
Sorry about all the posts.
You may want to change your noncombat or even unit placements in light of the tac from 110 landing in Holland, and the subs that must retreat to 112 or 104 (you probably want 112).

good catch
I’ll fix it
hold on
