About 2 years ago I found a group of A&A players on a local website, I e-mailed the organizer and asked to join in and he said "“sure, glad to have you aboard”. He gave me his address and seemed like a real nice guy.
I couldn’t wait to play in a group again and I was itching to play the new annaversary edition, but about 2 days before the game, I got a mass e-mail from one of his family members saying that he passed away 2 nights earlier.
That’s a possibility for one or two of these members we’re talking about, maybe they have left more than just this site.

That’s a totally unacceptable excuse.
I expect no less than “rising from the grave” for this community. It’s the standard I hold my employee’s to at work; and if they’re going to use the ‘death’ excuse, I had better be informed in writing - atleast a week in advance.

I, too, was one of the MIA’s and have recently returned after a 2 year hiatus. Truth is, for myself and all of the people you have spoken about, the answer is simple. We were all kidnapped by aliens for our massive military genius to aid them in their conquest of this world. We will be leading the assault any day now.

Ahhh, probably means he’s in jail or they’re looking for him. Moral of the story: take extra precautions to hide your illegal drug operation from the prying eyes of the authorities.

You had earlier mentioned Tcnance. Talk to mojo. I believe they still keep in contact from time to time. I met him once when he came down to Memphis for a conference. Cool guy. And a player. Got to give him credit. Within 5 minutes of walking into the first bar, he had us sitting at a table with 3 semi-decent looking women and we all hung out for the rest of the night. And it was quarter beer night. Can’t ask for much more.

So he left on his own then. I used to try and agitate him calling him a mental case. It never seemed to bother him. He seemed to think it was a compliment.
