  • Well, with my last ditch assault on JP fleet, the game is lost. But let’s keep playing, just for me to get a hang of how to apply US/UK pressure on GER.


  • And yes, I know you can retake France and grab some $$$. But at least now you have to do it with GER.


  • It was a valiant effort, but notice how when USA then Uk then ANZAC attack the Big Jap fleet, the japs get to defend with the same units 3 times; if Japan were to attack a combined allies fleet they would only roll once.  So the trick to the combined allies fleet is to somehow get japan to attack them.

    Also, my Classic and Spring 42 back ground makes me purchase a lot of INF. But I see now that G40 requires mech inf and armor. Especially for UK PAC and GER.

    I only went North with Japan because you stacked Amur R1; otherwise I would have declared war J3 and just took kwangtung, Malaya, Borneo, Philippines.  Then keep building mechs and moving steadily south to keep India broke and focussed on defense.  I do’t like to take French Indochina becaue its too good a place for USA to build an IC.

    If germany can get a spearhead of artillery and reinforce it with Mechs it make a strong blitzkrieg.
