If you really wanted to go nuts you could have Italy build an airbase there on round 2 and then the German planes could hit Turkey and land in Greece.

Yeah we could try it again. I’m not sure what the right respose to it is though. It is tempting to get ready to take Spain, but then Japan will be unchecked. Russia and UK can’t do a whole lot in the middle east.

OK I am going to do a little play by play commentary coming from the Allies side against your strategy.
First off, you bought a carrier and transports and sunk the big chunk of the royal navy. I got lucky in z109 but right now I am thinking “sea lion”. You did not take South France so I feel safe getting my ships to z92 because Italy has no landing spot. You could still take Algeria with Italy to give Germany a landing spot for an airstrike but that would be costly for the Luftwaffe and put the out of position for sea lion or barbarossa.
So Russia is going to buy artillery in preparation for the advance into Eastern Europe after sea lion, and I feel no special need to bring the Mongolians home.
