oo I have come to realize that egypt is -1 inf and russia gets +1 bomber starting in russia.

So the map / seazone changes if any are in effect? (canada got modified if I recall). Not sure if poland connects to sz 115 still or not.

Yeah, I need a rules clarification. Are we still playing by the alpha 3+ rules or the new 2nd edition rules?

play the latest edition which is global 40 revised. then we add gargantua’s pet project which adds 1 bomber to moscow to help the allies out

the unit setup i have attached(thank you vance for posting this)

since everyone in the tournament has played alpha+3 rules the only changes are remove 1 inf in egypt, korea has been added to the soviet mongolian defense pact, and british columbia and yukon territory have been merged.

triplea does not have those 3 changes made so make sure you play with the correct rules. for the western canada changes all you need to do is not allow any units to enter yukon.

i believe all round 3 games are using the most updated rules with the exception of allweneedistank vs dominators and soulgoo vs numenoreans as they started july25th and oct 8th.

i know it should be obvious but do not change rules part way through your game.

Norse elite vs. TeamBoldDutch is using Alpha+3 rules.  We were not aware of any update going to the 2nd edition rules prior to the start of our game.

i dont have my boards infront of me so i don’t know for sure, i think it has always been that way. you are right, if someone confirms it or i break out my game and confirm it we should let veqyrn know.

alpha +3 does not need to be revised. It is alpha +3.

Global 2nd edition has slightly different territory/seazone lines. So a second version needs to be made for triple a. Also the setup of -1 inf on egypt to be implemented.

Team Atlanta should gain a point in sportivity for conceding my team to correct a mistake that could have lead them to a very easy victory. They decided instead to correct the mistake and keep playing, even if they might lose the game by doing so.

my teammate of the “Defrosted Tuna Team” said me he wants to drop out of the tournament. As I’m left alone in the team, and I think the original spirit of the tournament was to show the game and tripleA to new players, if there’s a replacement (i/e: someone that wants to join my team in a game that is already at round5) I’d be happy to have it on my team, otherwise I guess team Defrosted Tuna dissolves.
