    US trn is in the range to land units in Nor from sz125. Rules:

    Instead, transports are not allowed to unload land units for an amphibious assault in a sea zone containing an enemy sub(s) belonging to a power with which they are at war unless at least one of his warships was also present in the sea zone at the end of the Combat Move phase.<
    It is my understanding that if Germany moves  a SS to sz125, the amphibious assault from sz125 is not allowed for US since rules require his (attacker, not just friendly power mentioned) warship in the sz and there are no a US warship in the range. Please confirm that we are in the same page about this before I proceed.
