So Russia should have 13 damage. I just learned a new trick too - if you forget to NCM something and move on to place units, you can use Edit mode to add the units to the territory you want them to go to and then remove them from where they were (assuming your opponent doesn’t mind).

Tried to EDIT the Russian income but it didn’t work- I think you have to edit at the beginning. Anyway, my income should be 24. V said an update is coming real soon- he’s working right now to fix the convoy and SBR system as they are not up to date with Alpha3 Final.
BTW- meant to tell you I use the EDIT function b/c I forgot an NCM of an AA gun- harmless really but just so you know.
