There is a discrepancy with the UK income. After UK47, you correctly listed 37 + 7saved for 44 IPC. However, it appears on the map you put 47 as the income and turn. Therefore, the UK should have only had 44 to spend, not 48, and would not have saved any this round. This gives to UK 37 not 41. Please look back at your map from UK47 and going forward to verify. You will see the error.
