US map was wrong, somehow. before you go with japan, note there should be 11 inf in eus, 6 inf in eca, and 5 inf in phi.
That is correct on Eca and Eus, however the Japanese took the infantry down to 1 in their foolish attempt to rob the US of the NO on their last turn. So placing 2inf there would make it 3 total.

Ok, Bold, that is fine…but it goes both ways. Just last turn you did the same thing in sz50 with the British, so I assumed you would return the same courtesy. No worries, the Italians need the IPCs anyhow. However, live by your “standard”. Let’s just finish this game.

i hate to sound like a hard a$$ cuz i’m not. i actually always used to allow my opponents to change whatever they wanted and i decided i was probably being taken advantage of, so I am trying to institute a gold standard on the most important post (in my opinion) the combat move post so that at least that will not result in requests to alter from my opponent. i really don’t mind unlimited changes to noncombat as long as i haven’t started my move. like i said, the only reason i spaced it on z50 was you had mistakenly removed your destroyer from the map thinking my sub had hit you and i forgot to put it back before doing my move.
like i said, if you feel that is not being fair since you allowed it, then i will allow japan to take saf in return. so, unless the opponent has posted an incorrect map there will be no alterations in the combat move post so we shouldn’t een ask. :-)

i’m going to be completely honest with you, i would rather that you took saf with Japan. i only said what i did because i truly believe in the rule - it would not be right for me to allow exceptions when it is convenient for me. since it appeared it was going to upset you, i was willing to allow it, but i do think you are better off taking it with italy.
