I will lose a lot, true. But I could destroy all your air, lion share of your armour and would face no AA. There will be armor, Mech Inf, Air to counter-attack your counterattack.
On the other hand, with paratroopers, UK is a bit better odds than 50/50. I am undecided.

My sim has that battle 48/52, low luck almost identical, but expects you to lose approx 50 IPCs doing it.
