Does the cd rolls carry over to Germany’s turn or do I roll again?
MY understanding is that you roll the cvd everytime any power subject to cvd collects income, so Germany would roll again for any of its territories subject to cvd
well, I’d like to say the Allies have pulled a little ahead here, but I think Germany, with its $$$$$, has a real chance to steam roll the USSR… 15 fresh panzers for the eastern front, not to mention the others you alreday have, I think would be the Soviet death knell… ugh :-(
