I get this error when I try to upload USSR’s map

The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.

I tried posting it separate from the rest of USSR and no dice. I’ll take a gander and see if I can find out if other’s have had this issue and what I can do to fix this.
