Well since the bmb crew slept during the combat phase they may as well sleep during the non-combat phase. No more ncm for Germany.

The germans are just not used to the tropics… if it makes you fell better I forgot to move France, the 2inf in UK will go onto uk trns in 110 and the cc goes from 76 to 80… nothing major
