I hate to say this but you forgot a ftr of mine, had 3 ftr in there….
-
I think you can just roll it for round 1 since all your inf at 1 missed round 2, then roll it round 2, take out loss, then reroll your 2’s round 3, then role it for round 3, then reroll your 2’s (if any) round 4
-
hmm… also if your 2’s get less then they rolled it would mean I would have an extra 2 or more then next round
-
In spirit of keeping rolled dice I figure I can roll rd 1-3 for your missing fig since the two last @2 rd3 are misses so rd3 won’t be affected. Those possible hits will substract
hits from rd4 however. Do you agree? -
hmmm, I agree that you can just roll my ftr round 1 and 2.
If they do hit, I think you would have to reroll your 2’s round three. Rolling at 2 means you need at least three rolls to get a hit (approximately), so just subtracting the 2 off the back wouldn’t recreate the odds…
or, I’ll just stipulate: if my fighter gets one hit, take off one of your hits at 2, if it get’s 2 hits then take off 2 hits at 2. Then roll those 1 or 2 units for me round 4. You’ll still win by wieght of numbers.
-
Do you remember me asking this just a little while ago?
I like to keep rolled dice as much as possible. If to many dice are rolled then just remove the dice, the last (rightmost) dice removed first. Forgotten dice is always easy to add. In a battle with clear OOL one can even backtrack any number of rounds to add /remove dice. Generaly only when it is unclear what the dice was rolled for do you need a reroll.
What do you think?
-
ha, I did agree to the last dice being removed… well, I will say it is easier to do that even if it does not recreate the odds…
go ahead, roll ftr
-
actually now that I think about it, if you always take off the back dice from the right it does recreate some chance in that they would have been hits… so sorry if I doubted
