Heavy Cruiser Matchup

Let’s keep the same set up for this match up as the Battleship matchup. Battles will take place in the Caribbean, during day light hours. Ships can use full technologies that were avaliable to that country’s navy. I have, to my knowledge, provided a ship from each cruiser class during the war. The Graf Spee was added to this list. The Java was added in honor of the Dutch Navy.
