Hey.
i found this thin wire, and I think it`s perfect barbed wire :)
this wire is used for sealing the handle on the fire extinguishers.
and companys that performs service and check, might have some to give away

I came across this wireline roll, pure luck :)
my father owned a fire safety company before he past away fore many years ago, I was yust looking in the storage room, and there it was ;)
what it cost and where too get it i simply don`t no, sorry.  :|
hopefully not too exspensive.

but are you interested, we could perhaps make a trade,

have been thinking about it now, so maybe the wire was used to seal cabinets after past inspection. the wire went into a loop and back tru a lead ring. 
check the electrical/ fire inspection companys ;)
