    Okay, game over. Good game. I lost when I didn’t capture Russia and by building that IC in Poland at the same time. Those 16 IPCs might’ve made a big difference in the game.

    You are right. I made that big mistake, and luck saved me.
    In the first rounds you were impeccable, but after that you made many mistakes, starting from that German turn.
    I can state some of them.
    Putting a base in Poland is always rather risky, why didn’t you put it in Prague or Bulgaria.
    Generally, you produced too many armors with Japan.
    Japan should have been more threatening in Indian Ocean, building more trasports and a base in East Indies long before. Persia is a key territory.
    You often landed planes wrongly. When you land planes you didn’t consider which territory they can attack next turn. And did you forget the German bomber in India? It could have been useful in many situations in Europe.
    You did concede France, and that was the end of it. France is the third more important territory in Europe after the Axis capitals, especially if you play with national objectives.
    I have already revealed too much to my next opponent, who has been studying hard my war trying to catch on my tactic…

  • At the end, I frequently forgot the German bomber.

    The idea behind Poland was that it is 3 IPCs and I was about to get all of the Soviets money. With a glut of cash

    I’m not sure I agree 100% with the landing of the fighters. It’s always a trade off between coverage of the map, opportunistic attacks, and attacks that must be made. Then there are failed attacks resulting in crappy places to land aircraft. Of course there was some carelessness but not in all cases.
