Unfortunately, it’s my fault we’re only on G1. We just started.
Russia has lost Karelia, but only kept one infantry there. Russia has it’s usual Karelia stack in the Cac instead. He’s playing with my head! Germany only has 3 infantry and a tank in Karelia though.

First turn loss of Karelia. I don’t know who is the more foolish, Germany for taking Karelia or Russia for letting it happen! (j/k) :smile:. Anyways, if I we’ve you, I would route the Jerries (or is it Jerrys? My British escapes me) all the back to Berlin. But seriously, if you still have your stack, but in the Caucasus, simply counterattack. Did the Germans take heavy ARM losses at Karelia? If so, then the game is already over. Pack you bags, it’s done. Now that the Germans have committed, I would start preparing for a D-Day Invasion immediately. It’s a classic pincer attack that can’t lose.

One other thing, do any of you guys know what happen with Horten? I haven’t seen him around for awhile. I was just wondering if he’s gone for good or just taking a vaction. I’m starting to miss the 'ol chap.

OMG, this is nothing but lies! The only reason you won because of luck! First of all I do not consider, “Hmmmm I think I’ll build nothing but bombers for UK” a very good strategy. Nor do I consider, “Hmmmm… not very much ATB or VATB, so why don’t I build an IC in Alaska!” This has to be the worst move I have ever seen that worked! Then as Russia you somehow managed to hold Karelia with only 10 inf and 2 ftrs! One in a million, one in a million…

Hey, hey, hey. I think that when UK bombs Germany with 10 bombers and doesn’t lose a single one(!) to AA guns is a pretty good excuse. :wink:

The only reasonable response I can offer is that air power wins games. Buying all bombers is a good, economically beneficial strategy. At least I know they will be doing something in the coming turns instead of staring off at the enemy.
Cameron, hopefully I’ll have some free time in the coming weeks ahead. What side do you want to play as? No bidding please. :smile:
