you are looking at “Global 1940 OOB” that Bung and I recently ‘finished’ for TripleA
(out of the box version only so far)
however, it is still undergoing testing and is not released yet
it will be released in the next 2 weeks

Is there a timeline for Alpha 3.9+? I know it has other unique challenges to it’s coding…

Timeline for a ‘working’ beta of Alpha +3.9 is about 2-3 weeks from now. (mid or late March 2012)
Sillier rules, like mongolia, etc, may not work properly in the first release.
But obviously we will keep working on stuff.
And, also, any map we release will only work on the latest version of TripleA, which is normally the ‘unstable’ version, which means there may be bugs present in the engine, not just the map.

Rules Question. Japan is currently in its n non-combat move (see attached). Is the Japanese navy allowed to move to sea zone 39? They are not at war with British.
Yes they can. If war hasn’t been declared yet, Japanese ships can share sea zones with British, ANZAC and US ships.
