Which one ? I thought the one that shipped the uk units to norway was obvious.

Retrace your steps. You only had 2 transports in 8. You used one to land on NWE. You used another to land in non-com on Norway. But you only have one transport in 6 at the end of your turn and you moved the other to 10. That’s not possible. So is the transport in 6, and units in Norway, or is it back in 10? You can’t do both.
