hey question about the russian NO.  is it any russian controlled territory or just the original ones.  the book states  5 bucks is given if no allied units are in any russian controlled territory + arch.  thanks

It’s any Russian controlled territory.  So if Russia controls FIC and there is a British or American unit there (even an AA gun), there is no 5 income.

Question regarding the tripleA tournament : are we suppose to respect the game rules or the tripleA rules ?

I guess the first one ; if so, then we’re suppose to edit things, and eventually to roll a part here if tripleA does not allow legal moves ?
