I haven’t heard anything from jeff28 about this game and I see that he has also stopped playing his game with Shin Ji. I hope Jeff28 is alright and maybe he is just busy with work/school/etc. Nevertheless, 4 bumps is a win by forfeit.

Vance (axis) beat Jeff28(allies) by forfeit at Japan4. Game was g1940 alpha 3.9, no tech, bid -3.

Kind of a crappy way to “win” but I guess those are the rules.
