    and for the record, after typing my orders I think I was in two minds re the fleet and Norway before sleep finally got the better of me. I wonder what your reaction would be for the following situation:

    My fleet in SZ 125 with one ship blocking 112. 5 air would defend with the fleet (2 US, 3 scramblers), while 5 more UK fighters are in Norway.
    Both set ups have draw backs, and I could not make up my mind. Norway could still fall even with 5 more figs, of course, but your bombers would not be able to reach my fleet.

    I think that set-up would have made Nor very dicey.
    But I think I would have had a decent attack on your fleet, and could have profitably employed the Boms against R (not doing so in any case is going to cause some issues).
