My apologies for the long wait. I won’t BS you–I needed to reconcile myself to the fact that this looks like an Axis victory in pretty short time (such an awful moment, when you realize you’re going to lose, no?)

Anyway, that’s not a concession, as I hope to give you a few problems yet. From here on in though, I promise to be more timely with my moves–and allow me to add, I couldn’t ask for a more engaging opponent.

If I haven’t made any more embarrassing oversights, Italy is up!

No worries … G40 is such a long game that I know I get more invested victory and defeat than other games.

Mid-game, the Allies really messed up the Japanese economy with SBR, convoy, and Chinese liberation.  The Pacific theatre was more exciting than usual.  For several turns, it also looked like forcing Germany to repel British invaders was hurting their Russian expansion.
