Non combats, placements and any thing that doesn’t require rolls are simply emailed.
territories are called out by thier name and sea Zones are usualy identified by whatever coast the border.

Also remember If there is question about order of losses ask your opponent first.
Since its the first Tournement, there is no way to decide who bids first, since we don’t know each other’s ability level (usually the lower ranking player goes first)
And no, we are not doing sealed bidding. You’d need to use a GM to do that in the format these games are going to be played.
