even tho they are fodder they must show they can land somewhere

Well that is the question. I am not sure if I HAVE to succeed in that battle first before being allowed to do that one. I posted this scenario as a ‘general’ question, Krieghund is the rules super-guru and is quick to answer. Based on the outcome I would not be adverse to redoing the turn.

lesson learned(the hard way)
I was 90% sure I was right but could see it the other way too. Krieghund confirmed that was a legal move. I kinda want to redo that round based on my rolls but if you gave me the choice I am not sure I would, and you placed in the top 10% of results in your favour.
I was rushing my turn to get to the Sz2 battle and was a bit let down with the results and finished my turn in haste. Would you let me change my non-combat moves as listed with the new map. I hope it doesn’t change your thinking.
The specific changes were to where I put my bombers from India (not WEu but another to Japan and one to Caucus) and the Mediterranean fleet moves to Sz16 not Sz15 and dropping the guys off in Cau rather than TrJ which allowed me to shuffle less tanks to Cau from India sit them in FIC.
