I’ve been thinking about this for some time and I just don’t see how I could ever turn the tide
Russia is being squeezed to death, maybe the initial German attack won’t succeed, but surely the Japanese will be able to finish it.
The loss of the European USA fleet makes it impossible to land safely in Europe anywhere soon, and Japan has good odds to finish off the combined USA/Anzac fleet when I move those in range of the Japanese planes, which I will eventually have to do, so I’d have to purchase more Pacific units but that’s impossible 'cause Europe will fall long before that.
I once again made a lot of mistakes and just let it all happen. What do you think of Calcutta investing in fleet? I don’t think it’s a bad idea, as Calcutta will fall anyways so the units there would be lost. But sending them to the Suez Canal was just a big time mistake.Allies surrender. Yeah I agree with your assessment.
In a few turns Germany will probably take Moscow. I’ll wait until I’m sure I’ll win - I won’t attack if it could fail.
Next turn I’m going to grab Caucasus and Stalingrad and will be earning about 78 IPCs.
There’s no way you could affect Germany’s forces in time for Moscow to fall.
And Japan is going to push your Allied fleet out in a few turns.I really think having Calcutta buy fleet was a mistake. Calcutta is in no way guarenteed to fall. If you buy land then it’s tough to take; Japan really has to fight for it.
I’d be up for a rematch if you’d like. I’d be okay with either side.
