can you explain how the blockade works again? And z72 French DD impacts italy, how so? Is there a chart which identifies which zones effect which countries? sorry and thank you

z72 has a convoy symbol in it-it borders both Ken and Tang, so any power controling these countries would be affected by an enemy ship in the seazone. Italy controls Ken so its 1 ipc can be neutralized by a convoy disrupt. Likewise the convoy disrupt in z97 affects all countries bordering it:Sita,Nita,Gre,Alb,Yug. enemy warships(dd,ca,bb)roll one dice,subs and ftrs roll 2dice-1’s,2’s.amd 3’s count toward disruption-you can’t lose more than the total ipc value of a country. This is my understanding-I hope it’s correct.
