Wow. Ok. I’m down 32 IPCs (should be 31 - in theory I should have chosen 2 Fighters and a Tac based on pips).
You got 9 hits, or 7 less than you should have (the 16.5 was 16 with 3 remaining).
The 7 less hits was made up of 4 Infantry and 3 Artillery, or 24 IPCs worth of units. Since I lost 7 IPCs more than I should have in the aggregate (31 - 24), this doesn’t look like a reroll for you. If I messed up, please let me know, but I looked and looked at this - checked and double checked.
Germany collects 56 + 20 NO + 27 from Russia = 103 IPCs.
