OK so I spend 12 for repairs and build 1 mech/7 armor instead of 1 mech/9 armor.

oh nevermind…I surrender. There is no way that I can take Paris back this turn and I don’t have enough to win the battle for South Italy, which is the only VC reachable this turn.
